Administrative staff specialist

Job requirements:

1. Education requirements: 18-35 years old, bachelor degree or above;

2. Professional requirements: majors related to human resources, administrative management or economic management are preferred;

3. Work experience: not limited, familiar with the legislation on employment contracts and relevant personnel policies and regulations;

4. Core competencies: ability to use office software, good writing skills, familiarity with the workflow of staff, the ability to independently carry out all types of transactional work, sensitivity to individual personnel and organizational changes, strong communication, coordination and promotion abilities, attentiveness, patience, responsible, with a good sense of service and pressure resistance.

Description of job:

1. Responsible for the annual statistical analysis of personnel data, and regularly release various reports on personnel data;

2. Responsible for recruitment, regularization, dismissal and other procedures, social security reserve fund, increase and decrease in the number of commercial insurance employees;

3. Responsible for signing contracts with employees, managing files and registering labor relations;

4. Help the manager to maintain relations with employees and resolve labor disputes, pay attention to employee dynamics and answer questions related to personnel;

5. Responsible for the implementation of various charity events and the organization of major events;

6. Responsible for writing and publishing various notices and announcements, and issuing various supporting documents;

7. Participate in the planning of the relevant training content process, assist in the completion of employee training, and participate in the delivery of training;

8. Perform other administrative work assigned by the supervisor.

Sales Engineer

Job requirements:

1. Education requirements: 18-35 years old, good image and temperament, higher education or above;

2. Professional requirements: physics, chemistry, electromechanical, electronics, marketing and other majors are preferred;

3. Work experience: more than 1 year sales experience in optoelectronics, semiconductor related industries or electronic products, electronic technology related sales experience is preferred;

4. Core competencies: sales ability, market development ability, teamwork, strong communication skills.

Description of job:

1. The position of the sales staff under the guidance and supervision of the boss regularly completes the quantitative work requirements, can independently process and solve the tasks set, be able to negotiate independently;

2. Development of client resources, search for potential clients and achievement of sales goals;
